Housing units are the basis for the estimates and each unit is considered "occupied" once the final use & occupancy permit has been issued by the City. Within each parcel polygon, population and household estimates are calcuated for each housing unit type, based on a multiplier from the corresponding Semiannual Population Report produced by City staff. Jobs are calculated for each use type, based on a square foot multiplier from the corresponding Semiannual Population Report.
