For easements that contain multiple parts, each part may have a separate polygon with an additional overlapping polygon consisting of all polygon parts; all of the parts and overall polygon will contain the primary Liber and Folio reference as well as additional information to identify the particular part or easement section. </SPAN></P><P><SPAN>When possible, the easement is geographically referenced to a subdivision plat or site plan that is either georeferenced or contains Maryland State Plane coordinates. Easements are either traced over a georeferenced plat or site plan or are drawn using metes and bounds and a known/accurate geographic starting point. </SPAN></P><P><SPAN>Where applicaple, the associated subdivision plat number from the Montgomery County Land Records and the tax account from the Maryland State Department of Assessments and Taxation (SDAT) are included for reference as well.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
