Address points are maintained in the City's GIS system and updated daily. Address elements are stored in both parsed and concatenated fields. Additional data attributes include Maryland State Department of Assessments and Taxation (SDAT) account numbers and a range of supplementary information, including USPS Mail Delivery Type, Bulk Mail Opt Out status, and Common Name where applicable. For planning purposes only, addresses are categorized by the General Land Use attribute into residential, non-residential, and mixed-use. Domain values for the Access From Road field are as follows:Direct - Primary entrance using the address is accessible directly from the street upon which it is addressed. Indirect - Primary entrance using the address is not directly accessible from the street upon which it is addressed, but is directly accessible from a nearby connecting street, such as an alley.Inaccessible - Primary entrance using the address is more than 50 feet from any street and is only accessible by walking and other non-vehicular means. |
