Service Description: When a substantial snowfall causes the declaration of a snow emergency by the City Manager within the corporate limits of the City and when properly provided with SNOW EMERGENCY signs, no person shall park or leave any vehicle on any streets, courts or cul-de-sacs during said emergency. The streets in the data layer are so designated in the City’s Traffic Order. The location of these streets were manually digitized by the City’s GIS staff on Jan 20, 2016.
