Description: Billable impervious features are intersected by condo parcel and then dissolved by Condo_ID to create this dataset. Billable impervious features are compiled from planimetric data from MNCPPC. Planimetric features related to impervious cover were updated based on 2017 ortho imagery and permit and plan data queried from Energov. Buildings, bridges, road edges, parking lots/driveways, cultural features (athletic courts, swimming pools), utilities, and sidewalks were combined. Feature code is preserved at each feature level, but not in this dissolved planimetric dataset.Two important aspects were considered in assembling this data layer. First, the feature has to be impervious. Some feature codes contained both impervious and pervious features, which had to be visually inspected and filtered out. Second, the feature had to be billable. This primarily applies to road edges, driveways, and sidewalks. Only “Private” right of ways and sidewalks are deemed billable.These steps are discussed in detail in a word document (SWPF_ConsolidatedManual_2018.docx) in the Stormwater Program Fee workspace for 2018 (M:\Projects\StormwaterProgramFee\SWPF_2018\documentation).In the word document, detailed steps to prepare the data layer are presented with examples and screen captures.
